Does Tonti Management Lease Corporate Apartments, and What Is Included?Yes. Tonti Management leases studio, 1 and 2 bedroom corporate apartments and townhomes in Metairie, Kenner and Harahan. |
What Criteria are Considered to Qualify for an Apartment?Applicant must have a gross verifiable income equal to 3 times the rent, good credit, acceptable rental history and pass a background check. |
How Long is Your Lease?Corporate Apartments lease for a minimum of one month up to a maximum of one year. Furnished and unfurnished apartments lease for 6 months or 1 year, however, short- or variable-term leases are available from 3-5 months. Please ask about prices on shorter term leases. |
What Items Need to be Paid Before Moving In?The application fee and the security deposit are paid at the time of application. After an application is processed and approved a tenant will pay the first month’s rent and any applicable cleaning or pet fees if any. |
What is the Minimum Age to Lease an Apartment?Eighteen. |
Do You Accept Co-Signers?Acceptance of co-signers is limited to the following three conditions, with some additional restrictions and deposits required. (Call 504-889-6800 or toll-free at 1-800-315-3365 for complete details). Co-signer must meet all rental qualifications. Student must be full time (12 hours). Student must qualify by having good credit and rental history (dorm accepted). (1) One student can rent a studio or one bedroom apartment only. No roommates are allowed. |
What are the Occupancy Guidelines?Tonti Management allows two people per bedroom. |
Do You Accept Animals?Yes. Most of our apartments are animal friendly. We accept small cats and dogs, not to exceed 25 pounds at maturity. A veterinarian verification is required as well as an animal interview, and a photo. Cats must be spayed/neutered and an additional deposit is required for non-declawed cats. Applicant must sign an animal lease and pay the applicable fees. |
